## What Nightly Does

Nightly produces live events and operates the platform that powers them. Users hold funds in a Nightly wallet, buy tickets through time-limited drops, connect with friends through the social layer, and check in to events. The platform includes a Tonight tab where users vote on going out, see which friends are going, and discover events happening that night.

### How It Works

- Wallet: Users hold funds, buy tickets, receive transfers, and track their event history.
- Drops: Time-bound ticket releases with scarcity. Queue-based, wallet-funded, wave-controlled access windows.
- Tonight: The social layer. Users vote "Out" or "In," see friends going out, and discover events.
- Connections: Follow friends, see their activity, send waves, and build your network.
- Rep Program: Campus ambassadors earn points through daily check-ins, sharing events, and driving ticket sales.
